Dr Helen Sheppard

Helen has 18years NHS experience, working locally as a GP for the last 13 years.  Her NHS practice, along with her own three children, have provided a broad and comprehensive training in childbirth and all that follows. She is passionate about improving access to high quality, evidence-based Women's Health care. She has a particular interest in menopause care and is accredited with the British Menopause Society.

Dr Lucy Oliver

Lucy has 12 years NHS experience and qualified as a GP 5 years ago. She has always had a keen interest in Women’s Health and has completed her diploma in Obstretrics and Gynaecology. This, combined with her own recent post-natal experience after the birth of her first child has only driven her passion into giving women the best quality care and advice when going through this time in their life.

Liz Smith

Liz has over 20 years of experience within the NHS, with 5 years as a Physician Associate in general practice and 15 years as a Therapy Radiographer in radiotherapy and oncology. Throughout her career, she has developed a specialised focus on women’s health, particularly in the management of symptoms associated with menopause and perimenopause, with a strong emphasis on women’s overall wellbeing and mental health.
